Nicolette 'Nickie' Lisella has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1989 and earned her broker's license in 1991. She is proud to hold the prestigious Graduate Realtor Institute designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors, which only 0.0008% of agents attain across the country.

Nickie has extensive real estate experience including over fifteen years in management. However, she never lost her love for guiding clients through the real estate transaction, which is how she found herself joining Coldwell Banker Realty and co-founding the Lisella Propety Group in 2017 as a full-time Broker Associate.

In addition to her background in office management, Nickie has received many accolades for her sales production and active participation in the real estate community. She is a ten-time recipient of the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award, designating her among the top real estate professionals in the state of New Jersey. She was also selected as the RealSource Association of Realtors "Realtor of the Year" in 2012.

Nickie is not just another Realtor, but rather a member of the community. She has been involved with local schools, churches, the Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary Club. To her, it's the community that really makes a place feel like home.
