The team formed in 2017 as a partnership between Nicolette 'Nickie' Lisella and Zachary Lisella, bringing a combined 50+ years of real estate experience to the table.

Prior to the founding of the team, Nickie Lisella worked in real estate management for over 15 years, coaching many top producing agents and teams. She never lost her passion of guiding clients through the real estate transaction though, which is what brought her back into the field and ultimately deciding to form the Lisella Property Group. Now, following in her footsteps, Zachary Lisella has transitioned into a full-time real estate management role, coaching agents in the same way. Nickie has expanded the team's horizons to help New Jersey and New York residents bridge the gap between their home in the Tri-State area and beautiful Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
